Memorial For Youth Drowned in Mississippi River

A memorial site for Tiquann M. Davis Jr., age 20, who died when he was swept into the Mississippi River. He and others were exploring a large storm drain that emptied into the river when a heavy rainstorm hit. Four others survived the ordeal, but Davis did not make it.
