City Eyesore: Utility Management Leads to Mangled Trees

Forestry in the city of Minneapolis plants trees under power transmission lines, but prioritizes electricity over habitat. Every couple of years the trees are pruned back leaving a trough for the lines. The city has decided, in deference to the utility companies, not to bury power lines.
