It is sometimes difficult to identify the difference between cement patches and graffiti paint-overs. These are grain elevators located near Hiawatha Ave. S. at 37th St. East in Minneapolis. No attempt was made to blend paint with the background. (Photo by Twin Cities Almanac, 2020).
A highly visible large tag (APOSE) was painted on a retaining wall across the street from the Mixed Blood Theater in the Cedar-Riverside neighborhood just east of downtown Minneapolis.
